Neopets Instant Delivery
We introduced the concept of instant delivery back in 2013, introducing products delivered on their own shell accounts instantly after placing your order. Since then, everyone has adopted the concept and it’s become the #1 delivery method for all things Neopets.
We still use this concept today to deliver our Neopets, Accounts, and Neopoints. As of September 2025 however, we’ve become the first and only Neopets provider to offer TRUE instant delivery for Neopets Items! No proxy or VPN required for them! Our items are delivered directly to your preferred Neopets account after placing an order!
What is Instant Delivery?
Instant delivery is exactly as the name implies. It’s delivery that’s instant. If you purchase a Neopet, an account, an item pack, or Neopoints, these products will be delivered to you on their own shell accounts or original account. The sign in details for these products are delivered to you in three separate ways immediately after ordering.
Alternatively for Neopets Items, your items will be sent directly to you as a gift immediately after placing your order. No login details, no VPN, or proxy. Just sit back and let your order begin delivery to you instantly!
How do I Receive My Order?
As mentioned above, if you order products that aren’t sent directly to you, you’ll receive a license key with details to log into your account that contains your purchase. The first location is available immediately after placing your order, directly below your order details.
Your license key is pasted clearly for you to see, separated for each item. You can simply copy and paste the login details to access your account and retrieve your product! In this example we used a Baby Paint Brush, but that item will typically be sent directly to you unless specifically requested on a shell account.
Right below your order details, you can see your license key immediately! It’s formatted nice and neat so it’s easy to read and understand!
Your license key will contain details for:
Your Username
Your Password
Your Birthday
Your PIN
The Location Your Items/Neopoints Are Located
In addition to finding your license key details below your order information after your purchase, you will also receive them in your order confirmation email! We also make sure to store your keys in your accounts dashboard as well. They have their own tab that you can view to find license keys for all past orders!
How do I Access My Purchased Accounts?
To access your account, you’ll simply head to the Neopets login page and enter the information. We recommend setting up a browser separate from your main browser for this specifically as it helps keep cookies and cache separate from your main account.
You WILL need a VPN or a proxy to do this. You should not access these accounts on the same IP that you use for your main account. This can lead to your account being frozen.
After you’ve logged in, you’re free to take anything and everything on an account! It’s your account and you can use it as you see fit! We will not reaccess the account in any capacity.
If you plan on reusing accounts, please make sure to change the password to ensure the password is fresh and safe!
How do I receive Items Directly To My Account?
This is our favorite. The pride and joy of our website. The chefs kiss of delivery.
If you ordered products that are delivered directly to your account, all you have to do is sit back and wait. Order delivery begins in just 20 seconds. Place your order, walk away to get some water, and come back and the items will already be appearing in your item event log!
Note: If you would like to purchase Neopets items but don’t want them delivered directly to you, items can be placed on a shell account. At checkout, just enter “shell” for your username and we’ll load your items onto a shell account for you!

Can I Keep The Account After I Use It?
a.) Yep! The account is entirely yours to keep and use as you please!
Are These Accounts Active?
a.) Nope! All main accounts and shells we offer have been inactive since 2016 at the absolute latest with almost all accounts from 2012 or before. All Items are stored on completely inactive shell accounts.
I Don’t See My License Key After I Placed My Order. What Can I Do?
a.) If for any reason you don’t see or receive your license key, please don’t hesitate to contact support to get your purchase!
Will You Deliver The Items Directly To Me?
a.) Yes, but only if requested explicitly in the order notes. We will otherwise assume that you will retrieve your purchase on your own.
Can I Use Incognito Instead Of a VPN Or Proxy?
a.) No. That will not change your IP and will only prevent your browser from storing certain cookies and cache.
I Can’t Find My Purchase On The Account. What Should I Do?
a.) Write in to support. We’ll be happy to help you find your purchase or replace it if necessary!
Do I Need To Provide My Username For Instant Delivery Orders?
a.) Nope! You don’t actually need to for any orders unless you want us to deliver directly to you. You can simply put something like “N/A”, “None”, or “No Thanks” at checkout!
The Account Is Asking For My Email. What Do I Do?
a.) When logging into accounts, you may come across an account that is asking for its email. This means that account doesn’t have any email tied to it. You can enter the account by entering anything in proper email format. For example, “[email protected]” will work and you can access the account!
Can I Keep The Account I Receive?
a.) Yup! The account is yours along with everything within it. The pets, items, Neopoints, and anything else are all yours to keep.
Do I need To Enter A Username For Products That Are Delivered On Accounts?
a.) Nope! Products that are delivered on their own accounts can have any username entered at checkout. If you want your product delivered on a shell, or directly to you, it doesn’t matter what you enter. You will receive a license key regardless!
Can I have Items Delivered Instantly On Shell Accounts?
a.) This is not currently possible. In order to maintain organized stock, we can’t have products listed in two places at once. Having products listed in our license key manager as well as ready to deliver directly to users isn’t feasible in a maintainable way, so items will only be delivered directly to users instantly.
Can I Have A Shell Account For Each Item?
a.) No, this is something we won’t provide. We will absolutely provide your items on a shell account upon request, but it will only be a single shell account. In the past we provided items on shell accounts, but this lead to people buying cheap items to bot on accounts. We understand how destructive botting is, and we do not wantto contribute to it.
I Didn’t Receive My Item(s). Why?
a.) There are two culprits to this issue. The most common and most likely, is that your inventory was full after placing an order so the item(s) couldn’t be delivered. The second likely issue is an issue with the sending account on our end. In this case, we’ll likely issue a refund for the effected item(s).
