Cashapp is our primary payment gateway! Everyone and anyone can use Cashapp to make their payments within the US. Unfortunately Cashapp does not offer their services to countries outside of the US, but for users in these other countries we offer Paypal! Paypal is also available to users in the US who simply do not want to use Cashapp as well. The option is available to everyone!

To checkout using Cashapp, you’ll simply proceed to checkout as normal. Once you’ve made it to the checkout page, you only need to open your app on your phone, and scan the QR code. You’ll be presented with a page to enter the amount to send, and that’ll be it!

After Sending Payment

This is around where the payment option differs from Paypal. After you send your payment, your order status will be marked as “On Hold”. This is because Cashapp has a limited API.

During the process of placing your order, an order is created on our admin before the payment is actually sent. The status during this process for the incomplete order, is also set to being “On Hold”. Cashapp unfortunately requires that we manually confirm payments that are sent. In conjunction with this, their limited API also prevents us from automatically updating order statuses to anything else even if a payment has been received.

This API limitation prevents instant delivery products from working correctly for Cashapp orders. Once we confirm the payment and mark the order as “processing” or “completed”, the instant delivery sign in details for orders will be delivered.

In most instances like this, we normally will log in and send relevant products to users to save them the hassle. Ultimately however, this is an issue that we’re unable to workaround.

This is the only difference with Cashapp and Paypal payments however. In the end the functions of both work the same otherwise.
