Free rewards are the best rewards and we wanted to introduce a new way for users to earn more! We’re finally finished developing our own custom referral system to make more even easier! Create your own referral code, share it, and earn!

How does it work?

Generating Your Referral Code

To start earning, you need to generate your own unique referral code. To do this, you can begin by navigating to your account dashboard. Within your dashboard, you’ll find a section labeled ‘Your Referral Information’. Simply click the tab, and your referral information will pop up!

You’ll find a fairly simple dashboard! This dashboard will display your total number of people referred, your lifetime rewards, and provides you with a field to create your own unique referral code. Choose whatever you’d like!

From here, all you have to do is pick the code you’d like to use, and then generate it!

After you’ve generated your code, your dashboard will look like this!

You’ll now be have your total number of people referred, your lifetime rewards, a new field with what your referral code is, and a field with your referral link!

This link can be used to refer users under your account.

To get users to sign up under your referral link, simply give it to them, and have them use it! If they have an exsiting account and are logged in without a referrer already, they will automatically be marked as your own referred user.
If they do not have an account, they’ll simply need to create an account! Once their account has been created, they will be referred by you!

And really, that’s all there is to it!

If you’d like to delete your referral code, you’re welcome to do so! However, if you delete your referral code, your referred users will be LOST and you will not get rewards from those users anymore. If you want to change your referral code and keep your referred users, you will need to contact support to change this for you.

How Do I Get My Rewards?

Getting your rewards is really, really simple. Rewards are not credited for referring users to prevent abuse. Instead, rewards are credited whenever a referred user makes a purchase. This means that if you refer your friend, and they make a purchase for any amount, you will receive a referral reward directly placed in your accounts eWallet.

The standard percentage for a referral reward is 2.5% of every transaction that your referred users make.

Your referral rewards are credited immediately after their purchase with no other requirements. You can simply collect your rewards with no extra work!

a.) Nope! Your eWallet is created automatically when your account is created.

Do I Get Rewards For Getting Someone To Sign Up?
a.) No. Unfortunately to prevent abuse, rewards are only credited when referred users make a purchase.

How Much Do I Earn Per Referred Purchase?
a.) All referred purchases receive a 2.5% reward per transaction with no limits.

How Do I Get People To Sign Up With My Link?
a.) This is completely up to you! You can send your link to your friends directly, share it on posts you may make, stuff like that. We’d advise to NOT use it on Neopets directly however. That would get you in trouble.
Remember to be careful with who you share the link with. Only let people you trust use your referral link if they know you cheat already, or share it anonymously!

Do I Get Royalties If My Referred Friend Refers Someone Else?
a.) No, this is strictly a person A to person B system to prevent abuse.

Can I See The Exact Purchases My Referred Friends Make?
a.) No. This is private information that shouldn’t be shared unless your friends wish to share it directly with you.
