Hi everybody! After a month of working on several updates, we’ve finally released them all public with several beneficial updates and fixes. This post is just to document all of the changes and issues that have been addressed.

Instant Delivery Update

The first large update that we made was a large overhaul to instant delivery.

Over the last few months we’ve been collecting and looking into reports for failed deliveries or deliveries that weren’t instant and we’ve implemented several fixes.

The first fix addresses an issue that prevented orders from being delivered while other any other order was being processed. Our implemented fix allows any order to begin delivery, regardless of if another order is currently processing.

The next fix addresses looping that was caused by issues stemming from several issues on Neopets end (TNT finally fixed pet creation!) that prevented our instant delivery from delivering orders. With several Neopets related fixes in place, orders will now deliver even more consistently.

Several smaller updates and patches have been applied to improve the general flow for instant delivery.

Item Pack Values Updated

In March it was brought to our attention that a lot of values in our new February item packs had incorrect values and account total values. We figured out what was causing the issue and have since updated the descriptions and values for all item packs, timestamped with when the new values were updated.

In addition to this, we’ve adjusted all prices for these item packs, drastically reducing prices across a majority of them.

Lastly we used trade prices and data to acquire prices for currently “Unpriced” items, to try and provide more accurate values overall, minimizing the amount of unpriced item in these item packs.

eWallet Reenabled

A month ago we disabled the eWallet because of a bug that was causing incorrect values to be used, spent, awarded, etc. It created an unusable wallet that lead to issues for every user.

This wallet was 3rd party code, so investigating and finding the cause of the code was pretty difficult. Because of this, we took the time to build our own digital wallet to bring back the functionality.

In addition to building a new wallet, we’ve gone ahead and imported all eWallet funds to user accounts. If you had any funds in your legacy eWallet, those funds will now be available for you to use immediately.

We’re actively monitoring the wallet and welcome any and all feedback for it!

Other Adjustments

We’ve made other minor adjustments throughout the site as well that are noticeable on the shop and product pages. Notably we removed the (Instant Delivery) from product titles.
All products are still instant delivery unless otherwise specified.

Several CSS classes and icons have been adjusted. New Years was 5 months ago, Elijah!

Load times for various places has been improved.

Quick Add To Cart buttons have been added to shop navigation.
