Hi everybody!

It’s been brought to our attention that there is an individual (or individuals) that are sending malicious links directly on Neopets. The link is made to look like a Neopets link to the trading post. This link will redirect you to a fake login page to make it seem like you were logged out and just need to log back in.

The Neomail itself claims that they want to give you something for free from their trades on their side account. A pretty common scam from back in the early 2000’s.

If you receive this Neomail, or one like it, do not click the link. Report the message, and block any accounts that send the mail. Alternatively, if you are not active on boards or Neomailing people, you can set your site preferences to only receive Neomails from Neofriends.
