Hi everybody! We wanted to give a quick update on some of the things that you may have noticed on the website.
Currently, there are several functions that are not enabled, and many things are broken visually on the website. We recently migrated our server, and prior to that, were troubleshooting issues that had been persisting on the website.
After this server migration was completed, Anoneo was restored to its previous state the moment before the transition began. This means that all users order information, and account information were saved and will continue to work as normal.
Unfortunately however, since this migration has been completed, our service provider has insisted that they continue to monitor the server post transition for potential issues, and has not provided us access to our actual server just yet.
We’re currently waiting to get access to this information so that we can begin restoring proper functionality to the website by fixing many of the broken features, and continuing to fix the appearance of the website.
At this time however, it’s really just a waiting game.
We do have a plan in mind to help compensate a pretty poor performance for the month of July due to all of this, and as a thank you for your patience, but we won’t be able to put it in motion until after we’ve fixed everything.
It’s important to note, that without this backend access we can NOT access our emails. All inquiries must be through our ticket system, where we can respond normally.
As a side note: All orders are being delivered as normal. There are no major delays — We have access to all order information as intended.
UPDATE: 7/24/24
We’ve regained access to all required tools and have begun working to set up previously missing functionality. Some of this functionality may be disabled during the duration of our site wide sale (Mega liquidation deals, hourly deals, etc) however, full functionality aside from sale related scripts is back online.
Unfortunately, emails prior to July 23rd have been lost, and cannot be recovered. If you emailed regarding any inquiries you will need to email us once again, or submit a ticket if you haven’t already.
Thank you for the patience, and apologies for the delay!
-Anoneo
