It was recently reported by several users that working passwords are appearing as bad passwords. We’ve pinpointed the issue being to the details appearing incorrectly on the order details page – The page you receive directly after placing an order.
We’re working on finding out why these details are appearing incorrectly, but the issue appears to be improperly capitalizing the first letter of a password, causing the password for accounts purchased to appear incorrectly.
We’re working on finding the root for the issue. For the time being please use the sign in details that are emailed to you after your order verification email – These sign in details will be delivered correctly.
